Basic features are completely free. You can share works, follow authors, write reviews, and create reading lists. With a Premium membership, you can access additional features like exclusive badges, advanced statistics, and priority support.

Which devices can I access from?

Lunaverse is accessible from all modern browsers. It works seamlessly on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. No special app download is required; you can use it with full functionality through your browser.

Which languages does Lunaverse support?

The platform interface is available in Turkish, English, French, and Spanish. Works can be shared in any language; there are no language restrictions. You can change your language preference in account settings.

How can I register on Lunaverse?

Click the 'Sign Up' button on the homepage and create a free account with your email and password. Registration takes only a few minutes and you can start sharing works immediately.

How does content moderation work on Lunaverse?

All works are reviewed for compliance with community guidelines. Works containing inappropriate content, copyright infringement, or spam are removed. Users can report violations; our moderation team evaluates within 24-48 hours.

How can I publish a work?

After logging in, click the 'Write Work' button to access the editor. You can write your work, add chapters, upload a cover photo, and select a genre. You can save it as a draft before publishing.

Are my works protected by copyright?

Yes. All works you upload to Lunaverse belong to you. The platform cannot use your works without permission or share them with third parties. Lunaverse only has the right to host and display works. You can review our Terms of Use for details.

Can I publish chapter-based works?

Yes! You can add chapters in the editor and publish each chapter separately. Your followers will receive notifications when a new chapter is published. You can arrange chapter order as you like and create draft chapters.

How do I add a work cover?

You can upload a cover image from the 'Work Details' section in the editor. JPG, PNG, and WEBP formats are supported. The recommended size is 800x1200 pixels (portrait format) and must be at least 400x600 pixels.

How does the literary title system work?

There are four main tiers: Apprentice, Journeyman, Master, and Grandmaster. Each tier has criteria for number of works, reads, and reviews. There are also separate journey levels for each genre like Novel, Poetry, Fantasy. You can track your progress on the Progress page.

How can I support authors?

You can send financial support to authors via the 'Support Author' button on the work detail page. Support is sent directly to the author. You can also provide moral support by reading works, writing reviews, and following authors.

Can I delete my work?

Yes, you can edit or delete your works from your account. Deletion is irreversible; the work and all its chapters are permanently removed. We recommend exporting your work before deleting.

How many works can I publish?

You can publish unlimited works with a free account. There are no restrictions on the number of works or chapters.

How does my reading list work?

You can add works to your reading list using the 'Save' button on the work detail page. You can access your reading list from your account and track the works you've added. The reading list is only visible to you.

Can I continue from where I left off?

Yes! The last chapter you read is automatically saved. When you return to the work page, a 'Continue Reading' button appears. This feature works browser-based; you need to be logged in for synchronization across different devices.

Do I need to be a member to write reviews?

Yes, you need to be a member and logged in to write reviews. Membership is completely free. You don't need membership to read works; however, you need to be logged in for review, like, and save features.

How do I follow an author?

Click the 'Follow' button on the author's profile page to follow them. You'll receive notifications for new works and chapters from authors you follow. You can manage your following list from your account.

Can I see my reading statistics?

Yes! From the 'Reading Statistics' tab in your account, you can see your monthly reading chart, most-read genres, and total reading time. You can set a reading goal and track your progress.

How can I report a work?

Click the 'Report Violation' button on the work detail page to report a work for reasons such as copyright infringement, inappropriate content, misleading information, or spam. Our moderation team evaluates within 24-48 hours.

I forgot my password, what should I do?

Click the 'Forgot Password' link on the login page to send a password reset link to your email. The link is valid for 24 hours. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder.

How do I update my profile information?

Click the 'Edit Profile' button on your account page to update your name, bio, specialty, country, and profile photo. Changes are reflected immediately.

How can I delete my account?

You can delete your account from account settings. Account deletion is irreversible and all your data (works, reviews, reading list) will be permanently deleted. We recommend exporting your works before deleting.

All your data is stored encrypted and hosted on secure servers. Your personal information is not shared with third parties. Passwords are stored hashed; they are not kept in plain text. You can review our Privacy Policy for details.

Is there two-factor authentication?

Email-based verification is currently supported. Two-factor authentication (2FA) will be added soon. We recommend using a strong and unique password for account security.

How do I manage my notification preferences?

From the 'Notification Preferences' section on your account page, you can choose which notifications you want to receive. New chapter, review, follower, and support notifications can be turned on and off separately.

What does Premium membership offer?

Premium membership offers additional features such as exclusive badges, advanced writing statistics, priority moderation, exclusive profile frame, and premium support. Premium members gain more visibility in the featured authors list.

Is Premium membership paid?

Yes, Premium membership is offered with monthly or annual subscription models. A significant discount is applied for annual subscriptions. Visit our Premium page for current prices.

Can I cancel Premium membership?

Yes, you can cancel at any time. After cancellation, you continue to enjoy Premium features until the end of the current period. Partial refunds are not made.

Is there a free trial period?

Free trial campaigns are organized during certain periods. Follow our Premium page and announcements for current campaigns.

What file formats can I upload for cover images?

JPG, PNG, and WEBP formats are supported. Maximum file size is 5 MB. The recommended size is 800x1200 pixels (portrait format) and must be at least 400x600 pixels. GIF format is not supported.

What formatting options are available in the editor?

The editor has basic formatting options such as bold, italic, underline, heading levels, blockquote, list, and link insertion. There are also special features like writing timer, nature sounds, and draft management.

Can I export my work?

Work export feature will be added soon. Currently, you can export your works by copying from the editor. PDF export is planned for Premium members.

The page isn't loading or I'm getting an error, what should I do?
